RShiksha Trust (RST), widely known as RShiksha, was established in 2013 by its founding Managing Trustee and Chief Executive Officer, Shri J. Balakrishnan. Today, the organization is led by Mr. J. Kumar, Managing Trustee and CEO, who brings strong leadership and vision to its growth and development.

Since its inception, the trust has been committed to delivering quality education for all, with a strong focus on supporting underprivileged and marginalized communities. Recognizing that financial barriers often limit access to education, the organization creates inclusive learning opportunities that empower individuals through skill development and practical training.
